The Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Governance equips participants with a range of skills designed to build understanding to meet their obligations as well as capabilities which will help them build and maintain strong governance structures and practices within a wide range of organisations.

This program is designed to specifically meet the needs of Indigenous corporations and individuals seeking to build their governance capability.

The course is scheduled to commence on 20 July 2021 with four training blocks.  Students may complete the course within 4-12 months.

The course will be delivered through a mix of online learning, self-directed learning and some face-face workshops where possible.

Session 2: 11.00am to 12.30pm

Please note that if you currently work for a government agency or large NGO with more than 101 employees then under our current contractual arrangements set by the National Indigenous Australian Agency you, or your employer, will need to pay the student contribution fee.
