Program Leader

The Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre (AILC) specialises in accredited and non-accredited Indigenous leadership, governance and mentoring training around Australia from remote communities to regional locations.

This position is for an Indigenous person and will be based in Darwin.  Interstate travel is essential part of this role.  

About the Role

The Program Leader will work alongside our trainers, facilitators and other program leaders both remotely and face-to-face to coordinate training courses and liaise with students.

This role requires a person with the following skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant phone manner with students and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player both in Darwin and remotely with staff at our other sites
  • Reliable
  • Excellent administrative skills
