Christmas message

On behalf of the AILC board and staff I would like to wish you all a fabulous festive season. 2023 has been a busy year. There have been many challenges along the way. However, we continue to support our students and clients with leadership, governance and mentoring educational opportunities.

As we look toward 2024, we are working hard to secure funding to ensure that we can continue and increase our offerings for our alumni and participants.

It is more important than ever for us all to unite, work in partnership and raise our voices to support leadership and governance growth. The events of 2023 have shown that we are resilient. That our community, our people and our families are central to what we do. Let's reflect on 2023 as we step into 2024 with strength, tenacity, and courage.

I look forward to spending my break exploring the world, being with family and friends, creating memories and filling my gratitude cup.
