The 10785NAT Certificate II in Indigenous Leadership introduces the key elements of Indigenous leadership in Australia and builds upon the capacity of emerging Indigenous Australian leaders to lead. It assists students to identify their own strengths in order to plan their leadership journeys in the future.
The 10786NAT Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership builds upon existing highly developed leadership skills and works to further develop these key skills and knowledge. It establishes pathways to further education and training, enabling students to aspire to higher levels of responsibility in their chosen fields.
The 52880WA Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring is designed to develop the leadership and mentoring skills of people who work with and/or support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
This course is for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people who mentor Indigenous team members.
