Jordan's reflections

“Going into the course, I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially with it being online."

"The way it was delivered worked out so well. I was able to participate in group activities and share experiences and knowledge with the other participants.

The Trainers were amazing and created a safe space to hold discussions around issues and topics. The skills I learnt helped me get a better understanding of my culture, the challenges our mob face, and the ways we can support each other to overcome any barriers. I have the skills and confidence now to move forward in my career as a First Nations leader and mentor”, said Jordan.

Thank you Jordan for your reflections on the course and best wishes for your continuing leadership journey.
