The AILC is a proud supporter of the Australian Human Rights Commission’s Wiyi Yani U Thangani (Women’s Voices) Report and project. The report, released in December 2020, is the first time since 1986 that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and girls have been consulted as a collective about our rights, needs and aspirations. Leading the Way is a scholarship program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and is a partnership between the AILC and our generous scholarship sponsors. The 2023 program has 16 scholarships available for Certificate II and IV in Indigenous Leadership. Read more
